It sounds very similar to the journey me and my family are on and we all feel so much better for it. Once you get your head around the preparation and organisational part of keeping your cupboards and fridge well stocked, it really isn&#039;t difficult to manage and I never feel like I&#039;m missing out (as I have on &quot;diets&quot; in the past). As of today I am going to cancel all those newsletters and emails and just follow you.
