Smoothie Pops for Breakfast

What kid wouldn’t want a popsicle for breakfast? Make your favorite smoothie into a healthy pop! She was so excited to have this for breakfast, it is simply raspberries, chia seeds, water, ice and lemon juice. Frozen raspberries work too, just don’t add any ice. Make sure you always use fresh, real lemon juice from a lemon and not a bottle or a plastic lemon. Imitation lemon juice products, such as “Realemon” contain sodium benzoate and other harmful preservatives. Very upsetting that they can get away with calling it “Real.”

Here are the pop molds we use. I love these because they come with a lid and you can save an unfinished pop instead of letting it go to waste.
