Here is what I ate (Paleo and non-GMO): carnitas, lettuce, guacamole (made from organic avocados), tomatillo-green chili salsa and tomato salsa. The barbacoa would have been another non-GMO meat option. <p>I actually enjoyed this dinner much more than the rice, bean and cheese combinations I used to order. I hope other restaurants start to follow suit and disclose GMO ingredients!</p>
