My daughter went with me to the grocery store today and they had a table with samples of snow cones. They were selling a snow cone maker and the syrups that went along with it. (The syrups were nothing but artificial ingredients and dyes). She of course thought it would be neat if we could buy one. I told her we would try to make our own at home and she agreed, as long as she could choose the flavor :). This is what we came up with using our juicer and our Vitamix. The only ingredients are ice processed in the Vitamix and orange juice made from our juicer.

We used spoons with built in straws for the “snow cones,” so we could drink the leftover juice.
