She was so excited to have this for breakfast, it is simply raspberries, chia seeds, water, ice and lemon juice. Frozen raspberries work too, just don&#8217;t add any ice. Make sure you always use fresh, real lemon juice from a lemon and not a bottle or a plastic lemon. Imitation lemon juice products, such as &#8220;Realemon&#8221; contain sodium benzoate and other harmful preservatives. Very upsetting that they can get away with calling it &#8220;Real.&#8221;</p>
