Hi Jay,

What type of juicer do you have? Masticating or Centrifugal? If you don't know, just let me know what juicer you have and I can help figure it out. My guess is you have a centrifugal juicer, which is not as efficient at juicing greens. That being said, I have never tried juicing with a centrifugal juicer so I cannot speak from experience. If you have the Jack Lanne juicer, it is centrifugal. I read that this juicer cannot juice wheatgrass. Here is more information: http://www.discountjuicers.com/widefeed.html

I did read on one site that you can try rolling the wheatgrass inside of a spinach leaf with the Jack LaLanne and that might yield some juice. Here is a blog I wrote about juicers and the one we have: http://wholefoodrealfoodgoodfood.com/juicing/

Thanks!

I have a ton of trouble juicing wheat grass. My juicer just spits it into the waste bucket. It kind of helps if I throw heavier veggies on top but some grass still gets spit back out, it's super annoying and makes me not want to even try to juice the wheat grass.
